To educate involves several activities designed to bring a learner to a worthwhile state of being called educated. There is no doubting the fact that education involves showing evidence of knowledge and breadth of understanding but these are not just talking of mere recitation of information and acquisition of skills but that these information and skills should be internalized and learners should be able to make sense of them.

Maranatha Model Academy’s goal as a school is to develop learner’s sense of independence and personal development to be able to internalize information and skills acquired through the use of the Montessori curriculum and method.

The Montessori approach uses a distinct set of practices that nurtures a positive and natural learning experience to teach reading and writing. The Montessori curriculum is thoughtfully built around teaching children the many elements of reading and writing one by one, in a way accessible to and enjoyable by a child.
